The Ministry of National Education informs the general community education resources to the General Participation System (SGP) for the term 2011 were promptly assigned and rotated throughout the year, to attend the service as a priority and payroll cost of staff, teaching and administrative management of the sector. Therefore, local authorities should have paid before the end of December salaries and bonuses of the personnel.

Currently, local authorities Bello, Carthage, Cesar, Pretoria and North Santander, despite having received timely resources by the Ministry of Education, presented late payment of wages, which are attributable solely, internal management problems in these institutions.

The Ministry anticipates monitoring the situation in these local authorities and has informed enforcement agencies to take appropriate action.
